We want you to absolutely love your portrait, and we’ll do everything to make sure you’re happy with the final result. Here’s how we make sure of that:

Lost Painting Guarantee: If the painting gets lost during shipping, we’ll send you a new one at no extra cost.

Artwork Damage: If your painting arrives damaged, just reach out to us, and we’ll reprint and send a new canvas for free.

Modifications: Not loving the first preview? No problem! You can request unlimited changes until it’s perfect. And if after a few tweaks you’re still not happy, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked!

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to create and prepare your custom portrait for shipping. After you approve the final portrait, we will proceed with shipping and notify you once your order has been dispatched.
