We want you to absolutely love your custom portrait, and we’ll go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Here’s how we stand by our work:
- Lost Painting Guarantee: If your portrait is lost during shipping, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.
- Artwork Damage: If your portrait arrives damaged, contact us right away. We’ll reprint and ship a new canvas to you for free.
- Unlimited Modifications: Not completely satisfied with the first preview? No problem! You can request as many revisions as needed until it’s perfect. If after a few revisions you’re still not happy, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
What if I’m not satisfied with the final portrait?
If you’re not 100% satisfied after receiving your portrait, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Here’s how the process works:
- The portrait must be returned in its original packaging.
- Contact us to receive the return address and instructions at hello@wondercanvasportrait.com.
- Once we’ve received the returned portrait, we’ll process your refund.
Cancellation Policy
For standard orders, cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
For rush orders, we begin creating your custom portrait immediately upon order placement. Because of this, cancellations are not allowed for rush orders. We appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver your portrait promptly.
